This company is part of a group of corporations owned by reputable partners well known in the area and dedicated to different businesses in Baja California such as real estate development, construction, promotion and sale of residential condominiums and shopping centers, hotels, etc
Experience:
The principals, have been in business in Rosarito Baja California since 1984. In Desarrolladora de las Californias, we take pride in having created more than 550 condominiums over the past 2 decades, all of those are ocean front properties, with sandy beaches for the owners enjoyment. Today we are proud of our past and looking forward to the future, having never lost sight of our original dream to help people own their beach front dream condo and we are dedicated to offering the utmost in new condo choice, quality and value.
in 1986 started the construction of the first 10 stories condominium tower, named “Oceana de Rosarito” housing 30 apartments to this followed 2 more towers making this a nice development with a total of 90 units; its own swimming pool and Jacuzzi, green areas and to add to the amenities a club house for the use of the homeowners, we have to mention that this resort was built on a piece of land on the beach with spectacular view to the ocean and the convenience to step down from the apartments to the beach.
We want to mention that the group has its own construction company, which includes, engineering, architectural, accounting and warehousing departments.
At that time, the company started its own marketing campaign on a pre-sale basis and up to 90% of the condos were sold at that stage, with that experience they continued building and selling the rest of the towers “Oceana de Rosarito II and III”
Because of the success of this project, the partners decided to build one of their most ambitious projects, a new development that would keep abreast with the explosive economic development of Rosarito. Thus was born “Oceana Casa del Mar” this project was built according to the experience they had, it was built as a modern project both in its architecture as well as its finishing details, all complemented by the charm of its common areas, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, club house, gym, sauna, etc. all of these harmonize with the beauty of the beaches and the spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean. Oceana Casa del Mar can be considered as a most spectacular development on the oceanfront.
Oceana Casa del Mar is formed by 159 condos on 12 levels the condos have different plans including 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, even 2 stories apartments. This project was completely sold out.

Sales Efforts:
We advertise our products in different ways, we run ads in the local English papers, at some magazines, we have also billboards in the main toll road, we hand out fliers, we have our sales office at our new site “La Jolla del Mar” and at the Oceana Plaza Shopping Mall.
On our sales force, we have experienced English speaking people who know how to approach and succeed in the real estate market.
